Dear musician friends and students,
Faced with the unexpected success encountered by the implementation of video courses during the confinement period and after, we decided to develop this technique in order to allow as many people as possible, in France and abroad, to follow our teaching thanks to to a specific and unique pedagogy and method.
The video music course should not automatically replace the face-to-face course, but it provides an appropriate response to distances and events like the one we have just gone through.
It is important, now even more than before, that our musical traditions are accessible and passed on to everyone, and in the best conditions regardless of the tools used, such as Skype© or other videoconferencing applications. Just make sure you have a good Internet connection – Wi-Fi, 4G, H+ or 3G –, stable, and an adequate sound receiver (microphone or modern mobile phone).

Académie de l'Institut Musical Dromer
En 2024, l'IMD ouvre les portes de son Académie.
Elle a pour dessein d’ouvrir des classes réservées aux sonneurs motivés, prometteurs et talentueux. Les candidats seront sélectionnés sur dossier et ce de n’importe quel niveau, dans le but de former les futurs champions et concertistes de demain.

L’Académie IMD est pensée puis impulsée par Nicolas DROMER, soliste international, champion international de trompe et trompettiste à la Musique des Gardiens de la Paix de la Préfecture de Police de Paris. Les candidats auront l'opportunité de se confronter au répertoire de soliste de la musique de vènerie ainsi qu’à celui de la musique classique, jazz, etc... accompagnés par le piano, l'orgue ou un orchestre selon les projets.
Cette formation exigeante nécessitera une préparation artistique, physique et mentale approfondie, guidée par deux à trois sessions pédagogiques annuelles calées sur des weekend.
